The Bay Apartment at Bracklesham will soon be taking shape and ready to hire - March 2010 (fingers and all else crossed).  The new kitchen units have been ordered - thanks to the B&Q Winter Sale - have had a great bargain with them and the associated appliances.  The aim is for a bright modern contemporary feel.  Geof is in 'retro' mode.  Black Leather settees - white walls, kitchen units and clean lines interspersed with colourful 'beachy' pictures.  The oak flooring with its underfloor heating is perfect for the job, and scattered with rugs will provide the homely cosiness so important when using a monochrome basic colour scheme.

As usual Beds will be supremely important - what's the point of a holiday if you go home creaking from a grotty mattress?
