This 2 Bedroomed Ground Floor Self Catering Holiday Apartment is just 50m from the pebble and long sandy Beach at Bracklesham Bay.  Bracklesham Bay is famed for its fossil beds, deep sandy beaches at low tide, watersports and unspoilt coastline.  Bracklesham is close to East Wittering and the AONB protected beaches of West Wittering and East Head - both are within walking distance along the beach at low tide.

The Bay Apartment enjoys fine sea views from the spacious open plan Lounge/Kitchen Diner & Patio Garden, over the Solent  to the Isle of Wight beyond.


Tastefully appointed throughout, with one standard double bedroom and one king size double or twin (2'6" beds) bedroom, Bathroom with bath & overhead shower, wc and handbasin.  The Kitchen is well fitted with Dishwasher, Cooker & Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave oven and a full range of utensils, crockery & glassware for up to 4 guests.  A laundry service is available at additional cost - please contact Croftside for full details. 

We can accommodate one well behaved small/medium dog at an additional nightly charge (£5-£10) at the Bay Apartment.

The Apartment is offered for holiday rentals on a flexible time basis. Apart from mid July - early September, when only weekly rentals are accepted, the Apartment may be rented for a minimum 3 night weekend** (Fri-Sun) or a 4 night midweek** (Mon-Fri) break in addition to traditional 7 night rentals (Fri-Fri). A further twist, is our delightful optional extra of a 'delivered' Croftside Breakfast* - available to Bay Apartment guests at an additional charge of £7.00 per guest inclusive of delivery.  We can also supply a 'Breakfast in the Fridge' for your first night stay @ £3.50 per guest.

Rental prices include electricity, all cleaning items & products, iron & ironing board, dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, handsoap, loo roll, kitchen roll and welcome hospitality tray comprising tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water & biscuits. 

Our prices exclude bedlinen#, towels, beach towels & tea towels. Beds are supplied with appropriate sized duvet and two pillows (with protectors) per person.

Bedlinen# may be hired from us @ £12 per single set, £18 per double (4'6") set, and £20 per king sized set.  When linen is hired from us, beds are made up for your arrival.  Towel Hire Package comprises One Hand Towel, One Bath Towel per person @ £4.50  Beach Towels - £2.50 each. Tea Towels - £.50 each.  Please note regular Towels must not be used as Beach Towels.  Any loss, soiling or damage to hired items will be deducted from the security deposit.
